To apply for LPEAF assistance, you may obtain an application from any Board member or you may download it here. Emergency financial assistance is subject to review and approval by the Board and based on the following criteria: accident, personal catastrophe, serious injury, death or any serious illness or other medical condition resulting in serious financial hardship. All information is held in the strictest of confidence.
